-A British citizen born in Wolvehampton.He began singing in England in secondary school(Seefield) for the choir and in the U.S. in high school (Wingate).

-He is also a singer, song writer, producer( VEE BEE PRODUCTIONS), and manager for such artists such as the group ODESSEY who released FEEL MY LOVE on the Strictly Rhythms label. Modlowe has also co-managed a well known British artist JO-AN, former lead singer and song writer for the popular group CONTROL. They had a dance hit that topped the U.K. charts for several weeks.

-Has appeared at nightclubs..Carrington's in Long Island, N.Y., The Harlem Karate Club, N.Y., and many performances over the years at the Rockstone Multicultural Center and Hanson House

-August 27, 2000 MODLOWE appeared and assisted in a fund raiser for AIDS/HIV victims in the Caribbean.
